Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to me and I adhere to GDPR regulations. Any personal information gathered through consultation or observation during the massage treatment or during conversations by email, letter or telephone are only obtained with your consent. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of informing your treatment and will never be shared with any third party without your explicit written consent.

Your information will be stored securely in a locked file box. You have the right to request details on what information I hold by contacting me. Your information will be held for up to 7 years after your last treatment (click here for more info), after which it will be securely disposed of. You can withdraw your consent to me holding this information at any time and you can request for any personal information held about you to be deleted at any time by contacting me directly.

From time to time I may send out “Newsletters” by email updating you of any new techniques I have accomplished, appointment times, new clinic locations or special offers. You will only receive these if you have given me consent to contact you at the initial consultation (your response will be recorded on your notes). You can ask to be removed from the mailing list at any time by contacting me.

Due to the current Covid situation, there will be an additional declaration form to complete stating that:

a)    There has not been in contact with anyone with Covid-19, in the last 14 days, to your knowledge

b)    There have not been any symptoms: - dry cough, temp over 37.8°C, loss of smell and/or taste

c)    Should the client contract the virus you must inform the therapist as soon as possible

d)    Depending on timing we may need to contact other clients possibly affected, and to self-isolate.

All first-time and follow-up consultations will be carried out either on the phone rather than face to face.

Arrival and Cancellation Policy


Once you have made a booking, it is your responsibility to arrive on time. If you are late for your treatment, you will receive less time on the table. This is so that subsequent clients do not miss time for their treatments.


If you are unable to make your appointment, please let me know with as much notice as possible so that I can fill the space. You can contact me by email, text or phone.

If you are unable to give me any notice of cancellation then I will reluctantly have to charge you 50% of the treatment fee to cover my costs.


If you are unable to make your appointment because you (or someone in your household) are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 then I will waiver the cancellation fee. If you have pre-paid for the appointment I'm afraid I can't offer a refund but you will be able to use the credit for a future session.
